In the event of canceling tour/travel services due to any unavoidable circumstances, we request that you inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the cancellation request in writing, and will be as follows:
● Cancellation 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the booking amount.
● Cancellation 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount.
● Cancellation 14 days to 07 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 75% of the booking amount.
● Cancellation 06 days and less prior to arrival or no show will not be eligible for any refund.
Please note that there will be no refund made for cancellations during festival periods (such as Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar fair, etc.) or during high peak season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan), regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that may arise and we will do our best to assist you with your cancellation. Please contact us at the earliest in case of any cancellations.
Regarding refunds for unused or unutilized services that have been paid for and subsequently cancelled, the refund amount will be determined based on our cancellation policy, which is outlined above. The refund will be issued to the individual who made the original payment to us. It is important to note that the refund process may take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks due to banking procedures and holidays.
If the refund is issued to a credit card account or bank account, any bank charges associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
